Capacity Development, Marketing Strategic Positioning in International Markets of SMEs
The project is focused on the transfer of knowledge and skills in order to develop sales, marketing and export capacities, and to promote the concept of sustainable business practices of SMEs. In order to achieve this, the following key activities are planned for the duration of the project:
- Development of training programs for SMEs – our expert team will create a detailed training program and training materials for six modules covering market research, strategic marketing, marketing and product branding , export strategies, sales and negotiation skills with customers, and business sustainability practices.
- Delivery of training – The training program will be implemented in one wave with up to 30 participants, in the form of a three-day training.
- Development of a manual for SMEs – The manual will contain areas of market research, strategic marketing, product marketing and branding, export strategy, sales and negotiation skills, and business sustainability, and examples of good practice that can be applied in Sarajevo Canton.
- Establishment of a center for professional and advisory support – our expert team will provide mentoring and business advisory support to all interested SMEs during the project, to support their export and revenue growth, and provide support for better marketing and product placement locally and the foreign market.
